Rabbits and the Beginnings of Spring!
We got a buck and doe this month to breed for meat, and then we got a few babies to keep as pets. The kids named their bunnies Stormy and Thunderbolt (although they are both girls).
Our whole backyard is torn up right now, so we are using that dirt to add to our front flower beds. Each child has claimed a flower bed to be "theirs" this spring, and each child has big plans!
Spaghetti Night
Strip down! It's Spaghetti Night!
In the Culley family, Dad always made Spaghetti Night a blast! He would usually save a few noodles out to be kept unbroken, and we would have a contest to see who could find the Long Noodle. We got to be as messy as we wanted to. We never knew that there were a handful of long noodles in the mix, and I always wondered how both Brandon and I ended up winning every time.
One fun memory I have of Spaghetti Night is when Dad quietly, without saying a word, sprayed whipped cream all over our noodles and plopped a cherry on top. We didn't know that he and Uncle Tim were having a contest to see which dad would get their kids to eat the grossest dinners. We loved ours!
